Business Process review

This is an evaluation of your financial aid systems and how your financial aid department is currently utilizing the system.  Our goal is to evaluate the effectiveness of the system and provide a comprehensive plan that will improve the overall functionality of the system and improve the institution's financial aid processing.

 The easy answer is all of your financial aid processes within the system.  However, if there is a specific process that you only want us to review, we can do that as well.  Below is a list of a few processes we review:

• Auto-packaging
• Satisfactory Academic Progress
• ISIR reveiw
• Communications
• New-Year Setup

The business process review typically takes 3-5 business days depending on the size of the institution and whether the review will be completed remotely or onsite.  The timeline can be amended if the institution wishes to have P-EMC implement recommended changes.

Once the business process review is completed, P-EMC will provide the institution with an individualized report and guide that we believe can be streamlined as well as a plan to create those streamlines and improved efficiencies.
